It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Steven Allen Owens Sr., of Del Norte, a beloved husband and friend, who left us on April 25, 2026.

Cremation was selected and In honor of Steven, A memorial service will be held soon. Arrangements are pending and will be announced. Contributions are suggested to Tunnels to Towers, an organization that Steven was very supportive of.
