Born on November 11, 1964, to Lyle (Roger) Paul and Joan J. Paul.Randall was a graphic designer. Randall graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School and the Colorado Institute of Art.

Survived by father, Lyle Roger Paul; brothers: Mike (Jody); John (Stephanie); Gary (Dianne); nephews: Jason and Brian. 

Proceeded in death by his mother, Joan J. Paul.
